Current IP showing as... '0.0.0.0'

My RM lost connection a few days ago and the settings for it keeps saying '0.0.0.0' for current IP, not allowing me to connect to the service. How do I fix this?

What I have done so far:

1. Removed and uninstalled RM iOS 8
2. Reinstalled RM iOS8
3. Both laptop and phone are on the same WiFi
4. Checked all settings, everything is default


Still the same :(

My device:

iPhone 6
iOS 8.4

  • Go to Settings/Wi-Fi and then on the network you are connected, go and tap the "i" in the circle to show the info and then you will see you IP Address.
